BBQ Roasted Pulled Pork Sandwich. We slow roast (8 hours) the pork shoulder until it is so tender
we just pull it apart served with our own freshly made potato salad.

BBQ Chicken. Half a chicken barbequed on our oakwood grill and served with our "Just Cut Fries" or side salad.
